The kids at a local art center provided the found-objects dragon sculpture; nature provided the dramatic sky that made for a perfect nightmarish image. At least, it's not a creature I'd like to meet unexpectedly...
I've been taking photos since well before I constructed my first oatmeal-box pinhole camera back in grade school. And for some years I've done commercial real estate photography.
Now the digital era has found me engaged in a torrid affair with light and shadow, pattern and color and depth. When I walk with friends, I stop at odd times, seeing things that aren't visible to others. I have conversations with the ordinary and thereby discover the extraordinary.

Menacing to say the least. Especially the sky. Nice shot.
Thanks...it wasn't quite that menacing in person, but I saw the potential and tweaked the photo settings accordingly. And I like the result.
